We work to ensure the information on Car Guides is accurate and current (see our methodology). However, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any specific information. Manufacturer specifications change; prices change; tax credits expire. Always verify critical information with the manufacturer, dealer, or relevant authority before acting on it.
4. Intellectual property
All editorial content on Car Guides — articles, comparisons, photos, layout, and design — is the property of Lumira Projects or our content partners, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Vehicle photos may be sourced from manufacturers under fair use for editorial review purposes, from Wikimedia Commons (with required attribution), or from licensed stock libraries. Each photo is credited on its page.
5. User-generated content
The Site does not currently support public user-generated content (comments, reviews, posts). If this changes, additional terms will apply.
6. Third-party links
Car Guides contains links to third-party websites — including affiliate partners (see our Affiliate Disclosure), manufacturer sites, government sources, and other independent publications. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or actions of third-party websites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
